As I’m sure you are keenly aware, August has been a busy month for everyone in the shed business. We have seen record sales and shipments during the lock down from every supplier in the business. It seems people with a bit of Covid down time are finally getting around to ordering that much needed shed or granny flat. Shed installers have been busier then ever too. As of the end of August, there doesn’t seem to be an end to this shed buying bubble. Let’s hope the bubble doesn’t pop anytime soon..
At HiTen, we have just finished our new folded bracket designs. No thru-fasteners are required..! We have engineered the brackets to be a fully bolt up frame system with the aim to obtain Shed Safe compliance in January. Venn Engineering, has worked tirelessly on our bracket designs to ensure our brackets are not only solid, safe and easy to install, but we have also removed the top flange for all apex brackets to allow them to nest together for the ease of shipping.
Venn uses complex engineering systems to test every bracket design against possible failures to ensure HiTen’s building system is 100% compliant to the Australian building code.
