Hello shed fans.
March has been an especially productive month for HiTen as our pilot users processed over two dozen shed orders utilising our shed design and order management software. We have made significant strides this month and nearly all design errors have been eliminated. We are now preparing to onboard all of you that have been asking to join up and use Australia’s most comprehensive shed design software. Design Audits by ShedSafe have been completed and we expect to receive ShedSafe accreditation after the Easter break. HiTen’s official launch has always been contingent to receiving the ShedSafe accreditation and integration with ShedSafe’s SiteCheck software. SiteCheck allows users to pin the shed job site from a satellite map and it provides the user with the correct wind speed design, terrain category and shielding – up to 99.5% accurate. This is an important feature to the HiTen software because it allows shed resellers to hire sales people to design and sell sheds with confidence and error free.
After many month of testing, HiTen will implement new engineering features, not commonly used in Australia that will make our designs 5-20% more efficient. These “value engineering features” are improvements to common shed designs and will be implemented in the software after the Easter break.
Because HiTen has no mark-up on shed materials in our software, shed builders are reporting the highest margins on shed sales ever. Buying from your preferred manufacturer – Factory Direct – is proving to be the best and most successful business model for shed sales in Australia.
Everyday is getting more exiting at HiTen Buildings and we look forward to making a bright future together!
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Chris Lynch
